When it comes to complete and permanent removal of data on hard drives and other magnetic media, no other degausser can match the NSA Approved Mag EraSURE ME-P3E. The ME-P3E is NSA Approved for both Standard and Perpendicular Magnetic Recorded ( PMR ) Hard Drives and/or Magnetic Tapes. This NSA listed and approved degausser is an ideal device for fast and secure degaussing of Hard Disk Drives (including Perpendicular Magnetic Recorded - PMR Drives), back-up tapes and other magnetic media containing confidential or highly sensitive information. Table top size makes it perfectly suited for field operation, in office environments or in most data-centers. The Mag EraSURE is fast, quiet, reliable and totally automatic. Rare Earth Permanent Fixed Magnets generate no heat so the ME-P3E can be used continuously. If power is not available or in the event of power loss, The P3E Mag EraSURE comes with built-in Hand Crank to allow for manual degaussing.
