Mainline introduces
the SMART SHELTER Heavy Duty containerized modular Telecom / Data
Center solution that provides the following main benefits and performance:







1. Built-inside a standard commercial sea-freight container of 40´
(Optional High Cube) with all its rugged and mobility advantages.



2. The SMART SHELTER internal patented* panel structure provides thermal

stability in case of fire, accomplishing the maximum average internal
temperature

(75ºC) as per EN1047-2 standard requirements, certified by TUV
– Rheinland.



3. Isolation platform for the Telecom / Data Center base, made of
non-combustible

materials, that provide thermal isolation and Fire resistance of level
F 120 as per

Standard UNE 23727-90 , and max. thickness of 80MM.



4. The complete container inside, is covered on its internal walls
and ceiling with

special isolation panels and sealants which are certified with Fire
Resistance 120

min. as per EN23093 standard or equivalent.



5. SMART SHELTER panels thickness is 80MM and weight of 30Kg/m2.



6. SMART SHELTER Container Electro-Magnetic shielding is measured
to norm

EN61000-4-8 Magnetic field immunity requirements (10dB attenuation).



7. SMART SHELTER Container has been tested to the norm EN61000-4-3
Electric

field immunity at frequency of 900Mhz.



8. All materials are water tight and Fire Resistant 120 Min. according
to EN23093 and

other applicable standards (all are certified materials; only certified
materials

employed).



9. The internal isolation construction system, is tested against max.
relative humidity

levels below 95% in Fire test (as per EN23093 test) . Testes by APPLUS
official

Lab.



10. SMART SHELTER has been self- tested according IEC60529 for water

resistance with an approval level of X5.



11. All openings are sealed and welded where applicable to guarantee
tightness.



12. Door is made of F120 certified materials according to EN23093
standard.



13. For the 4 fixed locations demanded, inside existing buildings
of the end-customer,

AST will provide the local construction and adaption of rooms.



14. AST has built over 40 High Security SMART SHELTER rooms in Europe
in the last

18 months for such customers as IBM, Alfa Laval, IKEA, Bosch, &
Mitsubishi

EXTERNAL STRUCTURE: STANDARIZED CONTAINER 40´ (OPTIONAL HIGH
CUBE 40´) SPECIALLY ADAPTED.


The configuration proposed , is based on standardized containers (as
per MIL-STD. and

ISO std.) , with nerved welded steel structure. .

External paint is Pleolite type with a total thickness of about 500
microns for high

resistance to outdoors conditions.

Color as per RAL 9002 grey-white (exterior).







The compact panel base is a very strong material with high isolation
properties to fire and heat, light and fire resistant F120.

Fixing is by direct riveting to container floor.



Isolation panel base provides isolation to:

• Humidity and flooding

• Dust, heat and cold

Walls are design with a single wall structure of 80 mm thickness,
with two layers of 0.5

mm laqued galvanized steel (total 1 mm steel) which provide stiffness.

The laqued white coloured, smooth finishing saves any need of paint
or special finishing

treatment, and it also maintains a clean walls surface (ideal too
for Clean Room

environments).

All structure joints are dovetailed and can be sealed with silicone
for perfect sealing.

Panels are 100% re-usable and can be easily relocated into new sites
in a matter of hours,

making the CONTAINER SMART SHELTER SHELTER investment a long-term
value

asset, rather than a one-time work. Also, any expansion jobs are clean,
fast and dust-free. Trained assembly

engineers provide a perfect mechanical assembly (no traditional construction
process).

SELF STANDING STRUCTURE - INDOORS:

Ideal for Data Centres to be placed within open areas or within existing
buildings. Is an

autonomous and fully operational Data Centre that only requires power
& data cabling.



ROOM IN A ROOM:


SMART SHELTER is built within a given area, limited by floor, ceiling,
and sometimes

walls. SMART SHELTER structure will enclose the entire area transforming
a standard

architectural area into a Security IT Room, minimising any architectural
change and

construction works.



SELF STANDING STRUCTURE – OUTDOORS:

SMART SHELTER is built with any given size, and special dimensioned
to withstand the strong environmental conditions existing on this
type of environment.

3D SOFTWARE

SMART SHELTER´s unique software facilitates all design and budgeting
process.

It allows you to have a virtual reality tour within the Data Center,

a parts list and budgetary quotation to speed project planning and
